Monthly Drop-in Sessions Explained
Our one-hour drop-in monthly sessions have been set up for those that want to practice mindfulness on a more informal and flexible basis.
No experience of meditation is necessary to attend.
There are generally two meditation practices each week and a short discussion.
The sessions suit those new to mindfulness or graduates of a mindfulness course who wish to keep up their practice.
Cost: £8 per session or £25 for a block of 4 sessions.
